Body Style Workshop:

At our Body Style Workshop, we will teach you how to enhance your own body shape by creating clothing optical illusions through line and design.  In addition, you will receive a body shape analysis and a handout on your specific body type and what clothing shapes flatter your figure.  You may also bring a variety of clothes from your closet for us to evaluate and help you to utilize.  In short, you will receive our Figure Flattering Style Analysis (priced at $250) for a fraction of the the price because of the group workshop setting.  Spaces are limited to guarantee one-on-one interaction with a Stoltz Image Consultant.

Fee: $75*

Tuesday, January 20th: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Wardrobing Workshop:

We will teach you how to create a variety of outfit combinations around your best neutral pieces. You will also learn how to use accessories and colors to make new outfits out of old clothing pieces.  You will leave the workshop with the knowledge to double your current outfit selection with the clothing that you already have.  It will be like shopping in your own closet!  (Compare to our Creating Outfits service, priced at $100 per hour).

Fee: $50*

Thursday, January 22nd: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Makeup and Fashion Trends:

Shelbi and Lauren will help you to translate what you see in magazines to your daily dress and makeup.  You will also receive a mini makeover using one of the makeup trends featured during the workshop.

Fee: $30 in Cosmetics*

Wednesday, January 14th: 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Monday, January 26th: 1:00pm-2:00pm

The holidays are the season for parties, and if you don't think ahead, you may get caught in a wardrobing situation as you try and rush out the door for one of your big events.  It is important to think through your holiday attire before the day of a party or event. 

Lots of clients start stressing about party attire as the holidays progress and purse strings become tighter.  Instead of giving in to the urge to spend a small fortune on new holiday clothing, think about using what you already have.  For example, I have a fabulous black cocktail dress with a sash.  To make the old new again, I plan on tying the sash in a different way this season and pairing my dress with red pumps (instead of black) and wearing a fabulous red coat on top (instead of my black pashmina).  Even though black is not one of my best colors, I don't feel the need to buy anything new because I look great in red.  I can make what I have work and save a bundle in the meantime.

What holiday attire do you have that can be reused in a new way?  Think in terms of jewelry, shoes, and pashminas to change the look of something you may have had for a couple of years.

Another great budget saving option is to borrow clothes and accessories from your friends.  Need a chunky gold necklace to make an outfit exceptional?  Don't run out to the department store to find it, ask a friend first.  It is the holiday season, and what better way to get into the spirit than to share with friends.
