You do not need to spend hours in the damaging sun in order to have a beautiful summer glow.  Just follow my easy and less-mess steps for sunless tanning success.

1.  Purchase exfoiliating gloves.  You can buy these at stores like Target that have a beauty section. 

2.  Take a bath, shave your legs, and exfoiliate your entire body.

3.  After drying off, apply regular lotion to an unsmooth areas (neck, hands, wrists, elbows, underarms, the front and back of your knees, ankles, feet, and toes).  Applying regular lotion first will keep the sunless tanning lotion from becoming to dark in hard to smooth places.

4.  Put on laytex gloves and apply your sunless tanning product of choice.  My favorite  product is Loreal Sublime Bronze.

5.  Let the product dry for 10 minutes before reapplying your clothing.

An extra tip: I apply my sunless tanning product before I go to bed so that it activates while I am sleeping.  I shower right when I get up, and I start my day off with a fabulous tan.

I love to go shopping for shoes, but it is so frustrating when I find a great pair of heels and decide not to buy them because they are backless.  I don't know about you, but backless shoes exhaust me.  They are just too difficult to keep on, not to mention the awful sound that they make slapping against the floor. 

The great news is that I found a quick fix for backless shoes.  They are called heelstraps.  You just slip them under the sole of your shoes and buckle them around your ankle.  Like magic, your backless shoes have a strap.  They come in a variety of colors and are only $12 a peice.  You can order them at www.heelstraps.com.
